Asking a stranger to live in your home can be a daunting process, but we will consult you every step of the way to ensure you are happy and comfortable with the care that you received.

Asking a stranger to live in your home can be a worrying process. We are here to consult with you every step of the way to ensure you are happy and comfortable with the care that you receive.

We go to great lengths to ensure that every care worker employed by us is appropriately trained, professional and competent.  We do our best to ensure that service users are matched with like-minded care workers to allow mutually beneficial relationships to be built.

One of the questions we’re asked most often regarding Live-In care is ‘how can I retain my privacy when a care worker moves in to my home?’ we understand that this is a big step for you and that a period of adjustment will be required.

All our Live-In Care Practitioners are professional carers and are trained to be able to deliver the correct balance between care provision and maintaining your privacy.

We’ll work with you to establish an ongoing routine with your Live-In Care Worker that allows you maximum dignity and respect whilst ensuring your care needs are met.

All our Live-In care workers attend an extensive training induction when they join us at Westminster Homecare. We offer further skilled training sessions to ensure they maximise their knowledge and thus enhancing the services they can offer to you.
