Our Dartford branch just received the following letter from one of our Service Users……..Dear Mrs Green (Branch Manager) I felt I had to write to you to say how grateful I am for the attention and concern shown to XXXX and myself by your care practitioner JACKIE. I really cannot fault her, she is kind and a pleasure to have to attend XXXX. All of your careers I cannot fault. We are so fortunate to have such kind and gentle attention. There is one young care practitioner (unfortunately her name I have forgotten) she was so efficient with a lovely personality. My grateful thanks to you. Yours XXXX.
