Our Annual Managers Conference.
This year we had the wonderful Sophie Bennet who is a motivational speaker. Sophie gave us some great tools on how to continue to be better leaders in our roles and for our staff.
We also gave out rewards for our managers who have gone above and beyond to continue to improve the quality service we provide and also rewards for those who have completed their NVQ in Leadership and Management.
We also said good bye to two of our long standing managers, one has been with us for 8 years and is moving on to a different opportunity within residential care, and the other has been with us 19 years and is retiring.
We shall miss them both and thank them for the outstanding work they did with us.
It was a great day and we are all excited about the future of Westminster Homecare.
