We are thrilled to spotlight our partnership with Lewisham Council! Big thanks to Councillor Paul Bell and Commissioning Associate Director Tristan Brice for visiting Westminster Homecare. Our innovative Wellbeing at Home services provide 5,000 hours of care weekly, enabling Lewisham residents to choose their wellbeing team and set their desired outcomes. With 100% referrals in our neighborhoods, we can reduce travel and maximize time spent caring for our wellbeing teams. Our commitment to the UNISON ethical care charter ensures fair treatment for our wellbeing workers, including London Living Wage and sick pay. We are an integral part of the Proud to Care Lewisham family, fostering collaboration with other community services. Last week’s quarterly monitoring visit showcased our dedication to improvement, with insights from residents and family members.
